For many years, Vizaje Nica offered its customers a cumulative discount system in the form of physical loyalty cards. With the rapid advancement of technology, continuing to use physical cards became impractical. Following our successful collaboration on website development, the company approached us with a request to create a mobile application for their loyalty program.
The main objectives of the app are customer management, discount system administration, and informing users about promotions and special offers. The app allows customers to register, receive a unique barcode for scanning at the checkout, and track their bonus balance in real time. It also provides access to purchase history covering both online and in-store transactions.
To enhance user convenience, we implemented a push notification system that ensures customers are the first to learn about new promotions.
On the management side, the app is integrated with the company’s internal system, enabling automatic updates of customer data and providing insights into customer interests. This integration has significantly streamlined staff workflows and allowed the company to manage customer loyalty more effectively.
