This is the second project our team developed for this company. The main goal was to simplify the process of booking maintenance and repairs for vehicles, while also reducing the workload of service center staff.
We built a system that allows both new and returning customers to easily schedule service appointments. One of the key advantages of the solution is its ability to automatically identify available services based on the vehicle’s VIN code — making the booking process accurate and fully personalized.
To ensure maximum efficiency, we implemented a two-way integration between the website and the company’s internal management system. All requests submitted through the site are automatically sent to the internal system and to the email of the corresponding service manager for further processing. At the same time, the website receives up-to-date information about clients, vehicles, and service packages, allowing users to see only the most relevant service options for their cars.
