Construction Equipment and Machinery Rental web-site

By the order of Electro Proiect Services, we developed a web-site for renting construction equipment and machinery.

The primary objective of the project was to ease the work of managers and transfer the booking process into a user-friendly digital format. For this aim the web-site includes three user roles: clients, drivers, and administrators. Each role can reserve the required equipment or machinery for a specific time period. The system automatically calculates the total cost of the order and enables secure payment by bank card to guarantee the booking.

To avoid scheduling conflicts and errors, we implemented an availability calendar for every unit of equipment, vehicle, and driver. This feature is particularly important, as some drivers operate multiple vehicles simultaneously.

Through close collaboration with the client, we created a convenient, functional service that streamlines the rental process and significantly enhances the company’s efficiency.
