B2B Online Store for RostImport Clients

RostImport is a children’s toy importer operating in Moldova. We developed a user-friendly online store designed to simplify and speed up the order placement process, specifically tailored for B2B clients.

The platform enables customers to place orders independently for their retail locations without the involvement of a personal manager. All key information — products, pricing, stock levels, customer data, and retail outlets — is automatically synchronized with the company’s internal accounting system, ensuring it is always up to date. With a single account, clients can easily manage all their stores and orders, significantly simplifying operations for both partners and the RostImport team.

An important feature is the ability to view not only products currently in stock, but also items that are on the way, along with estimated arrival dates. This helps clients plan their orders in advance. To prevent issues when placing such orders, we implemented a temporary product reservation system when items are added to the cart, which is especially important as some customers need additional time to complete their orders.

The project is a good example of a win-win approach: it streamlines interaction between the company and its partners, saves time, reduces staff workload, and makes all processes more convenient and transparent.
