YesFlowers Online Flower Shop

YesFlowers is a flower shop offering delivery across all of Moldova. For this business, we developed a website that allows customers to easily place bouquet delivery orders to any region of the country. Customers can order a bouquet for themselves or send one as a gift. The sender can also request a delivery report — a photo of the recipient with the bouquet, delivered to the email.

A key feature of the project is the automatic calculation of delivery costs. At checkout, the customer immediately sees the final price, including delivery. The cost varies depending on the selected delivery option: for example, night delivery or a strictly defined time window. YesFlowers customers also receive notifications about their order status and the courier’s contact details, allowing them to reach out directly if needed.

For company staff, we implemented a feature that allows them to disable order acceptance for specific dates — especially useful during holidays, when the number of requests reaches the maximum manageable volume. This helps maintain customer trust and protect the company's reputation even during peak periods, preventing misunderstandings or conflicts.

To speed up order processing, order information is sent not only to employees’ email but also to a Telegram bot, enabling faster response to new requests. As a result of our collaboration, the shop received a reliable and user-friendly tool that enhances service quality and supports business growth.
