Load Raptor is a modern web platform that connects shippers and cargos, providing a fast, convenient, and transparent way to find reliable partners for freight transportation.
In collaboration with the client, we developed a system where users can explore all available offers and select the most suitable options. To make the search process easier, filters by region, distance, and other parameters were implemented. This significantly speeds up the selection of cargo or transport and expands the range of available choices.
To post offers, we introduced the ability for interested users to submit their own price for carrying a shipment. This allows customers to understand real market rates and make informed decisions based on the proposals they receive. The platform also supports negotiations, helping both parties reach optimal cooperation terms.
Since the platform’s target audience is relatively niche, we complemented the web solution with a user-friendly Google Chrome extension. It enables users to work with the system directly in their browser and customise the functionality to suit their individual needs.
Throughout the development process, requirements were refined as the real needs of customers became clearer. Thanks to ongoing communication with the client, the final solution fully meets the expectations of the target audience.
