Task: The real estate agency TopEstate approached our web studio with the task of updating their existing website. The previous version was already functioning, but over time the interface became outdated and property management was not convenient enough for the company’s employees.
The main goal of the project was to create a modern real estate website with a convenient property catalogue, advanced search, and tools that support efficient work for agents.
What we did:

Designed a new website interface that meets modern usability and UI standards.

Implemented a property catalogue with the ability to display objects on a map and use an advanced filtering system (property type, characteristics, location, price, offer type).

Added the ability to manage property labels (exclusive offer, recommended, new).

Automated the transfer of announcements to Moldova’s largest platform - 999.md.

Developed a personal dashboard for agents where company employees can independently add and edit properties.

Created a separate section for residential complexes that the agency works with.
Development timeline: The project was completed in 7 months, including design development, programming, testing, and migration of all data from the old website.
Results:

Launched the new website without critical technical issues and without data loss during migration.

Simplified the process of adding objects - agents can now manage properties independently through their dashboards.

Reduced the workload of the content manager by distributing tasks among agents.

Automated the publication of announcements on the external platform (999.md).

Implemented SEO redirects to preserve the website’s search engine rankings after the update.

Introduced fast search and convenient navigation through the property catalog, making it easier for clients to find suitable properties.
